明嘉靖六年（1527）摹勒上石。碑石上篆书“宸翰”二字，四周刻云龙图饰。碑文刻程子动箴文，继之刻明嘉靖皇帝朱厚熜所作之注。箴，道德戒律。宋理学有“四箴”即视箴、听箴、言箴、动箴。
In 1527, the stele was engraved with Chengzi's Precept on Behaving and Emperor Jiajing’s annotation. Chengzi or Cheng Yi (1033-1107), was a Neo-Confucianist of the Northern Song dynasty. Back then, Neo-Confucianism proposed Four Precepts on Watching, Listening, Speaking and Behaving.
