明万历癸巳年（1593）大壑立石，虞淳熙撰。此碑记载了智觉禅师（永明延寿）之生平事迹，及圆寂后将其灵骨和舍利从大慈山移迁之净慈寺，营塔立碑的经过。碑末补刻清康熙五年（1666）正岩（豁堂）再次移建永明塔院的记录。

In 1593, a stele was engraved with this epitaph by Yu Chunxi. It records the life story of the master Zhijue and the relocation of his remains. Besides, the end of the stele tells how the stupa courtyard was moved again in 1666.
