清嘉庆十年(1805)刻石，阮元撰文，梁同书书。碑记嘉庆九年浙江巡抚阮元带头捐资疏浚长年失修的城河，使水利畅通，再无泛滥之事。
In 1805, Zhejiang Governor Ruan Yuan’s record was engraved on a stele using Liang Tongshu’s handwriting. It states that through Ruan Yuan’s efforts, the damaged moat was excavated again and later no flood occurred.
