清光绪七年(1881) 摹勒上石，德馨撰文并书。碑文记述吴廷康经考证得出民族英雄岳飞初葬之地及重建岳飞庙之事。现存北山路岳庙的“精忠柏硅化木”和“精忠柏台图碑”，皆出之众安桥岳忠武王庙。
In 1881, this stele was engraved with Governor Dexin’s handwritten record. It says how Wu Tingkang concluded the original burial place of Yue Fei and rebuilt a shrine for this patriot-general. The cypress fossil and stele at Beishan Road Yue Fei Temple should be part of the shrine.
